Axis maintains a rigorous and uniquely qualified continuing education program for our technicians, designed by our Vice President of Clinical Affairs, Faisal Jahangiri, MD, CNIM, D.ABNM, FASNM, an elite, world-class neurophysiologist. We extend the benefits of this education program outward to clients whose team members need to meet their CME needs.>
Our clients’ education coordinators find a relationship with Axis extremely useful and beneficial. Our technicians are up to date on the latest teachings related to IONM and bring that benefit to the operating room. And, making such valuable CME material readily available on the fine details of interventional neurophysiology, we also contribute to our clients’ knowledge and training. At Axis, we are committed to learning and teaching the knowledge that improves IONM.>
Additionally, we have prepared these materials to illustrate our commitment:
We require 100 hours each year of continuing education for our clinical team.
As the credentialing coordinator, there are many times when the department is called upon to ensure a tech and reader are admitted to a hospital in order to assist a surgeon with a last-minute surgical case. By providing required documents in a timely manner, the patient benefits in the end by receiving the best possible care. This follows the Axis Mission Statement of ‘Patient First’.
