Neuro-monitoring and mapping of the motor cortex

Dr. Faisal Jahangiri and his four students: Aksharkumar Dobariya, Aaron Kruse, Olga Kalyta, and John D. Moorman in the Applied Cognition and Neuroscience program at #UTDallas recently published a paper about neuro-monitoring and mapping of the motor cortex. Research had reported significant beneficial effects from motor mapping, such as the postoperative complication rate dropping from 21% to 13% when adequate neuro-monitoring was employed.
